excellent location clean room wide array small room bland coffee unreliable remote
the location is excellent i could quickly reach all points of interest. the room was clean and properly maintained i found everything in good order. the breakfast was fantastic the restaurant offered a wide array of choices.
the room i was given was surprisingly small it felt cramped. the coffee in the room was not great it tasted somewhat bland. the television remote was unreliable i struggled to change channels.

charming stay!
attentive staff central location valued friend wonderful area
The staff was attentive during breakfast. I appreciated the kindness of daisy and sally. the hotel has a perfect central location. Everything felt accessible! sally greeted us warmly. She. the public areas were wonderful. The service really stood out.
The room was okay. The charger plugs were not working correctly.

the hotel has a very good location. it is close to all attractions. the train and bus station are both a short walk. the hotel is in the center.

Stylish Stay with Excellent Service!
central location excellent service
The location is superb, right by the Christmas market!!! The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. I particularly appreciated the warmth and professionalism displayed by Daisy, were great to. She always greeted me with a smile and offered assistance.
The room I was initially assigned needed better attention. It had some wear and tear.

My superior print guest room included a comfortable double bed. The room had functioning amenities including a coffee machine and a very clean bathroom with a full bath. Air conditioning worked well.

The hotel offers an really good location. It is conveniently situated minutes away from notable landmarks. I was able to easily walk to major attractions from this quiet location near the train station.

Breakfast offered a good continental selection. There was also an excellent cooked breakfast. The waiters are lovely and attentive, ensuring all guests receive prompt and friendly service, even when busy.

friendly staff breakfast selection interesting drinks false upgrade narrow stairs unpleasant experience
I found the staff to be very friendly. breakfast included fresh fruit and hot options. I found a good selection of cheeses. the bar looked cosy and presented an interesting selection of drinks. its location is great as it is very close to shops and places of interest.
i was told at check-in that i would get an upgrade to a suite. i later realized it was not really true! the room i was given was outside of the main building on the second floor. there was no elevator and steep, narrow stairs were very unpleasant though.
