the location is excellent i could quickly reach all points of interest. the room was clean and properly maintained i found everything in good order. the breakfast was fantastic the restaurant offered a wide array of choices.
the room i was given was surprisingly small it felt cramped. the coffee in the room was not great it tasted somewhat bland. the television remote was unreliable i struggled to change channels.

The staff was attentive during breakfast. I appreciated the kindness of daisy and sally. the hotel has a perfect central location. Everything felt accessible! sally greeted us warmly. She. the public areas were wonderful. The service really stood out.

The location is superb, right by the Christmas market!!! The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. I particularly appreciated the warmth and professionalism displayed by Daisy, were great to. She always greeted me with a smile and offered assistance.
The room I was initially assigned needed better attention. It had some wear and tear.

I found the staff to be very friendly. breakfast included fresh fruit and hot options. I found a good selection of cheeses. the bar looked cosy and presented an interesting selection of drinks. its location is great as it is very close to shops and places of interest.
i was told at check-in that i would get an upgrade to a suite. i later realized it was not really true! the room i was given was outside of the main building on the second floor. there was no elevator and steep, narrow stairs were very unpleasant though.
